We conduct research and technological development to improve the efficiency of drug discovery using computers, as well as to elucidate the mechanisms of disease and health. Our projects differ from others in that we do not conduct any experiments using animals or microorganisms. Instead, we use computers for our research. This field of study is called “bioinformatics,” and we aim to contribute to drug discovery by collaborating with researchers who conduct experiments.
